iyzico is looking for a Partnership Manager responsible for identifying, negotiating, implementing and managing partnerships in order to drive incremental growth on small medium merchant acquisition. The position will require identification of step change growth opportunities for existing partnerships and securing and guiding of revenue generating partner deals. P&L for this area of business will also need to be managed by the position.
- Becoming single point of contact for all iyzico partners; especially shopping carts
- Building strong relationships on different levels with multiple functions and divisions with all partners
- Identifying and implementing new growth opportunities with existing partners
- Developing new partnerships and putting the appropriate tracking mechanism in place to prove ROI of the partnerships
- Monitoring and tracking effectiveness / performance
- Proven past sales/business development experience gained in positions such as Partner Manager, Channel Manager, Relationship Manager – preferably in technology, e-commerce or internet industry.
- Prior success in partnership management with proven ability to work with partners in complex customer environments, with multiple decision makers at many levels, internally and externally.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with ability to think creatively, sell strategically both internally and externally. Interest in continuous development of personal and professional skills.

- Genuine interest in technology, awareness of digital trends
- A great sense of humor & and being a good team player with a collaborative approach.
