  • What solution does iyzico offer for online shops?

    iyzico provides a payment infrastructure for all e-commerce sites. There are two ways to start receiving payments through iyzico for your online shop, which enables you to process transactions either in lumpsum or in instalments to all cards with a single contract. These involve API integration and use of ready payment form. You can start using features such as sales in instalments and card saving with both ways.

    You can also accept foreign currencies as well as Turkish Liras and you can make sales with different currencies. This way iyzico enables you to receive payments from abroad with Alternative Payment Methods.

  • What is the iyzibazaar product?

    iyzibazaar provides payment infrastructure to market place or platform based e-commerce websites. When an end user providing services from the market place makes a payment using a credit card, the money is first transferred to their iyzico account. iyzico then sorts the commission to be paid by the member vendor and distributes the amounts independently to the vendor and the platform. The platform based e-commerce website thus has a problem-free payment flow.

    You can accept payments from anywhere in the world with different currencies. On top of the Virtual POS’ iyziglobe provides, it allows you to receive payments from abroad in different currencies with alternative payment methods as well.

  • Who can benefit from the iyzibazaar product?

    Companies who have marketplace or platform based e-commerce websites may benefit from this. A representative from the company wishing to use this solution must send us a message through the Contact Us section describing their company and business model. The relevant team will evaluate the matter and notify the representative who has forwarded the request.

  • Are my vendors required to be company owners? If not, is there any information or documents required from individual vendors?

    Vendors wishing to take place in your e-commerce website providing services as a marketplace are not required to be company owners. Sub-member businesses under the marketplace can be in three categories: individual, individual company, or limited – joint stock company.

    You can receive payments in your marketplace through iyzibazaar for these three types of vendors.

  • Will my vendors in the bazaar be required to sign up to iyzico? If so, how do they apply?

    Your vendors do not have to apply independently to the iyzico system. Since you have all the information regarding your vendors, it will suffice for you to register them on the system.

  • Will my vendors be required to do some technical operations such as API or S Key once they are registered on the system?

    A single value is created for every sub-member business (vendor) registered on the system. This single value must be forwarded to iyzico by the marketplace for every sub-member business for each transaction. Please consult our integration document for technical details.

  • Will my vendors pay commission, system entry, system integration fees and such?

    No, iyzico will not charge service fees to your vendors. There are no system entry or integration fees either.

  • Is the iyzico Commission Fee deducted from the total transaction fee, or from the service fee I charge the vendor?

    The iyzico commission fee is calculated over the total transaction fee and is deduced from the share of the marketplace that has sufficient balances.

  • How do vendors receive payments?

    IBAN information of relevant vendors is among the information required to be forwarded to iyzico during their registration on the system. Money transfer is made once the customer has completed their purchase. In this case, the marketplace is forwarded the commission fee and sub-member businesses (vendors) are forwarded their payment.

  • How does billing work?

    Your vendors must forward an invoice to their customers specifying the total cost. They must then send the commission fee to the vendor that is in line with the commission agreement between the marketplace and the vendor. iyzico will then send the invoice for the commission fee charged for the service fee deducted from the marketplace. There is no invoicing to be billed to iyzico by the marketplace or the vendor.

  • How do I enter the commission fees settled between my vendors and me to the system?

    You do not have to enter the commission fees to the iyzico system for each of your vendors. The marketplace must keep this information to itself and forward it to iyzico with every payment.

  • Can I charge different commission fees from different vendors?

    Yes, you can establish different commission rates for different vendors using the iyzibazaar product.

  • Can I designate different payment periods for different vendors?

    iyzico will make a contract with the market place regarding where the payments are to be forwarded and at what rate they are to be distributed. Payments will be forwarded and distributed in line with the terms on this contract.

  • Is there Escrow (Safe E-Commerce)?

    The market place notifies iyzico to distribute the money once the customer has made the payment and the transaction has been completed securely. iyzico distributes the money after receiving this notification. If the marketplace does not forward this info to iyzico, the relevant amount will stay indefinitely in iyzico’s pool account.

  • What details can I check on the iyzico Control Panel?

    Details you can check on the iyzico Control Panel are summarized below:

    - Transaction details (Time, amount, bank and all line items),
    - Live payment map (Allows you to instantly see how many payments you are receiving and from where),
    - Validation errors (You can see the errors your customer receives during transactions),
    - Cancellations and returns,
    - Installment and Commission Management,
    - Money Transfer (You may see the impending amount to be transferred to your account and sums previously transferred to your account),

  • Will you be following the mailing processes?

    iyzico does not take charge of mailing processes.

  • Is there a commission fee included with returns? If so, will it be reflected onto my vendors or me?

    There is no commission fee charged for returns in iyzibazaar product.

  • Does iyzibazaar support the multiple cart system when there are multiple vendors? How do things work there?

    iyzibazaar supports the multiple cart system consisting of different vendors. Therefore, users may make purchases by forming carts consisting of products bought from different vendors on your platform.

  • Which currencies does the iyziBazaar product support?

  • How can I use iyziLink?

    You can setup membership at the iyzi.link and complete your application by filling out the form in the iyzico control panel. After your application is approved, you can share the product links that you can easily establish through the iyzico control panel at any media you desire and receive payments.

  • Can I receive payments from abroad by iyziLink?

    You can accept payments from anywhere in the world in different currencies such as Euro, US$, GBP, Riyal, Krone and Ruble.

  • Can I personally use the iyziLink even if I don’t have a company?

    You can personal apply for our iyziLink product without having a company and immediately begin receiving the payments.

  • Can I use iyziLink even if I do not have a website?

    You can use the iyziLink and receive secure payments from anywhere in the world without having a website or need any technical development.

  • Do I have to make any technical development after registering in the iyziLink?

    You can enter the iyzico control panel through our website or mobile application, create your product links and receive payments without any integration or technical development.

  • Can I use the iyziLink on my smart phone?

    You can control and manage all of your transactions through your telephone thanks to our iOS and Android compatible mobile applications. If you wish, you can also log -in our website through your smart phone and perform your transactions.

  • Does the iyziLink use the 3DS Payment?

    You can reliably receive your payments using the 3D Secure system.

  • Can I perform installment payments by iyziLink?

    Individual (real persons without a company) or corporate users can receive installment payments via iyziLink. You need to activate the 'Sale by installments' feature of your iyziLink with which you would like to sale by installments. Selling your products by installments with your iyziLink is regulated by the law therefore you may not be able to sell your product by installments even if you active the 'sale by installments' feature. If your product is suitable for sale by installments, the maximum permissible number of installments will be available to your buyers on the checkout page. For corporate sellers hereyou can view the maximum number of installments by sector.

  • Is commission, entree fee, integration fee etc. charged to the vendors that sell products through iyziLink?

    iyziLink does not charge any fixed cost such as installation fee or integration fee.

    The corporate users are charged 3,29% commission and TL 0,25 processing fee.

    The individual users who do not operate a company are charged 4,69% commission and TL 0,25 processing fee.

  • How can I check my transactions?

    You need to login as a member to the iyzico website and then you can manage your account statement, transaction details, refunds, and instalment rates by using the control panel.

  • What is 3D Secure?

    3D Secure is a security system developed by Visa and Mastercard to ensure that purchases made online are safer. 3D Secure obligates to enter the security code sent to your mobile phone to complete the transaction and this way, if your card details are stolen, the system ensures you are safe online.

    For Visa credit cards the system is named as “Verified as Visa” and for Mastercard cards it is “SecureCode”. There are no additional charges to activate this system.

  • Can I use 3D Secure?

    All our merchants can benefit from the 3D Secure service by providing it as an option to their customers on the checkout page. iyzico requires the use of 3D Secure option for some of the business models it deems to be risky. Even though 3D Secure system is not a requirement, if you would like to use it, you can contact our team through the Contact Us section.

  • What is Card Storage?

    With the Card Storage feature, your customers don’t need to enter their card details for every transaction so that they complete their payments fast and easy. This will increase your revenue by decreasing the bounce back rate of the transactions from the shopping cart.

  • How can I benefit from Card Storage?

    To start using iyzico’s Card Storage Solution just pay 99 TL and you can activate this feature. To activate it just go to “Additions” section on the iyzico Control Panel.

  • What is BIN Check Solution?

    BIN (Bank Identification Number) is the first six numbers of a card eligible for payment (debit card, credit card or pre-paid card). With BIN Check, the bank of which the card belongs to can be checked and payments can be directed to the relevant bank’s virtual terminal. Thanks to the constantly updated BIN Checklist, the distinction between debit cards, credit cards or pre-paid cards are successfully made. With the updated data used for BIN Check, you can find out more about the cards of the users trying to make payments by using your service such as their cards’ banks and view the card type and the bank it belongs to on the payment form.

  • What are Alternative Payment Methods and how do they work?

    You can offer Alternative Payment Methods to your customers who don’t have or don’t want to use debit or credit cards. These methods are classified under two headings as “E-Wallet” and “Online Bank Transfer in Real Time”.

    E-Wallet: This solution can be used by all merchants that support Qiwi E-wallet through pre-payments to e-wallets or by defining bank card details into the wallet without sharing of the card details.

    Online Bank Transfer in Real Time: This is a payment solution that allows all payments using iDEAL, Sofort Banking, and Giropay are easily and securely made through internet banking channels. With Online Bank Transfer in Real Time, you can carry out your payments by directly connecting to the relevant bank’s internet banking.

    You need to activate the Multicurrency service from the “Additions” section on your iyzico Control Panel. After this please follow the steps below;

    - API: For the payment form to be created in the relevant currency, you will need to enter currency code into the “currency” parameter.
    - Ready Made Infrastructure: You will need to contact your infrastructure provider and update them.
    - Open Source: You will only need to add the foreign currency to the admin panel of your website.

  • What is the advantage of selling in foreign and local currencies for me?

    - When customers see the product’s value in their own currency, rate of bouncing back from the shopping cart decreases and conversion rate will increase.
    - Amount in the foreign currency presented to the customer during transaction directly to the statement of the buyer and there are no surprises for buyers due to currency change.
    - When presented with the local currency, customer won’t need to deal with issues such as calculating the exchange rate.
