You can easily transfer the refund amount credited in your balance to your account at the bank where you used credit via the iyzico mobile app. In case you transfer the refund amount to your bank within the withdrawal period, your relevant credit will be closed automatically, you must contact your bank for cancellation and/or closure of the credit outside this period.
The refund of the purchases made via shopping credit is made to the iyzico balance upon the seller's return approval. This amount cannot be withdrawn in cash and cannot be transferred to any account other than the bank account from which the credit was received. If you wish, you can spend the refund amount at more than 50,000 merchants that offer the Pay with iyzico option, or you can transfer the refund amount to the bank account where you used shopping credit via the iyzico mobile app.
