There are two methods to begin using iyzico Virtual POS: API integration and a ready-to-use payment form. Both methods allow you to immediately use features such as installment payments and card storage.

Additionally, you can accept foreign currencies and make sales in various currencies. Furthermore, iyzico Virtual POS allows you to receive payments from abroad in different currencies via alternative payment methods.

To start your membership process, click on the “Sign Up” button. For faster and easier application processing, please ensure the following:

• Your website must be ready for use with product and price information.
• Privacy policies, distance sales contracts, delivery-return conditions, and an About Us page must be included on your website.
• A “Contact” section must be accessible on your homepage and include:

1. For merchants: Trade name, MERSIS number, and registered address.
2. For sole proprietors: Name, surname, tax identification number, and registered address.
3. KEP address, email, phone number, and, if applicable, the business name and registered trademark.

• Your payment page must have an SSL certificate.
• Relevant licenses and documents for the products you sell must be obtained as required by the authorities.
• The “Pay with iyzico,” Visa, and Mastercard logos must be displayed on your website.

You need to upload the following documents online during your application:

• Signature circular
• Tax registration certificate
• ID copies of company partners
• IBAN number verification documents (bank statement or front page of the account passbook).

At the end of the application process, a contract must be signed between iyzico and your company.

With the iyzico Multi Currency feature, you can accept payments in Turkish Lira as well as US Dollars, Euros, British Pounds, Russian Rubles, Swiss Francs, and Norwegian Kroner. Payments received in foreign currencies are converted into Turkish Lira based on the Central Bank exchange rate on the transaction date and transferred to your account with a conversion fee applied. The Multi Currency feature can be purchased from the “Add-ons” section of your iyzico Control Panel for an annual fee of 99.00 TL.

Yes, you can start using our Link Method for free by selecting the Link product in the "Add-ons" section of your iyzico Control Panel and approving the displayed agreement.

You need to create a membership account on iyzico.

After logging into your iyzico Control Panel with your registered email, click the “Apply” button on the left panel to access the application form.

Fill in the required details and upload the requested documents online. Agree to the “iyzico Service Terms” and click “Complete Application” to finalize your process.

No, you only need to upload the required documents online through the iyzico Control Panel.

Once you have completed all steps of your application, the iyzico team will contact you within 24 hours through your registered email.

All payments received through iyzico from Monday to Sunday are processed on Sunday at 23:59. After a two-day block period, the payments are transferred to your bank account on the first Wednesday.

The block period is the waiting time before the funds are transferred to you after successfully receiving payment from a customer.

You can create and download detailed transaction reports from the “Transaction Report” section of your iyzico Control Panel.

For successful transactions on your website via iyzico, you do not need to invoice iyzico. Instead:

Issue an invoice in your customer's name for the total amount paid and send it along with the product/service.

iyzico will issue an invoice for commission and fees deducted from the total amount and periodically send this to you.
