In addition, all completed collections can be viewed in detailed reports, making it easy to track transaction performance.

The app can be used by all businesses that need to collect payments in the field, in-store, or remotely, particularly main companies, dealers, and field teams. It is suitable for businesses of all sizes that want to receive payments and manage their collections from a single place.

Which Payment Methods Can Be Used with the iyzico Collections App?

Payments can be collected through the app using three different methods: Card Payment, Mobile POS (NFC), and Payment Request Creation (Payment by Link). With the Card Payment and Mobile POS features, collections are completed instantly. With the Payment Request Creation feature, a payment link is created and sent to the customer via SMS or email, allowing the payment to be collected without receiving the customer’s card information.

Is It Possible to Receive Payments with Mobile POS (NFC)?

Yes, collections can also be made using the Mobile POS (NFC) feature available on the Home screen. With this method, contactless card payments can be received through the phone’s NFC feature without the need for a physical POS device.

How Does the Card Payment Feature Work?

With the Card Payment feature, after the payment amount is entered, the customer’s name and surname on the card, card number, expiration date, and CVV information are entered into the app. The transaction can be completed as a single payment or in installments.

How Is Payment Request Creation (Payment by Link) Used?

With the Payment Request Creation feature, a payment link can be created and sent to the customer via SMS or email without collecting card information. When creating the link, details such as the amount, expiration date, and payment subject are defined. The customer then accesses the link from their own device and completes the payment.

Can Installment Collections Be Made?

Yes, single payment or installment collection options can be offered through the app. Installment options, which may vary depending on the sector, can be viewed and compared for Virtual POS and Mobile POS transactions on the rates screen. The amount to be charged to the card is also displayed on the same screen.

Can I Share Transaction Results with My Customers?

Yes, receipts for completed transactions can be shared with customers via SMS or email. This allows both the business and the customer to keep a record of the collection status.

How Can I View My Transaction Limit?

The current transaction limit can be viewed instantly from the “Remaining Transaction Limit” section on the Home screen. If a higher limit is needed, a Limit Request can also be created from the same screen.

Is the App Secure?

Yes, the iyzico Collections app operates on PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure, and all transactions are secured under this security standard. The infrastructure is continuously updated to provide a fast and uninterrupted collection experience.

How Can I Track and Report My Transactions?

All collections can be tracked instantly from the Transaction List screen. Transactions can be filtered by All, Sales, Authorization, and Cancellation/Refund tabs. The amount, user, date, and status of each transaction can be viewed in detail. In addition, detailed transaction reports for daily, weekly, or selected periods can be accessed through the Reports tab, allowing collection performance to be analyzed.
